MONTHLY MOOD—February: washy, washy

Welcome to the lovin' and bathin' month! Outside of the obvious Valentine holiday, the word February comes from the Roman festival of purification called Februa, during which people were ritually washed—kinda gnarly, and that typically fell on the 15th of the month. BTW, February used to be the last month of the year until we decided to jumble the months around like a game of Yahtzee.
So if someone goes "full cupid" nowadays at least the next day they can become pure again.
Well to wash that image out of your head here's the result for the Monthly Mood of February.

I played with auto-compositing options in Photoshop until I found compositions I liked, shuffling photos around, changing blending modes, and finally treating my moments like some gum-paste posters thrown up on a wall.
I love the idea of walking into a venue that is like my own memory palace; it's how my apartment is decorated after-all. Each piece is a memory of a person, a time, or a place and it's especially fun to reminisce whenever I move or redecorate.
Below is the collage of February's moments:

Alternately I did LOVE this collage layout that began to form, (who doesn't like giant citrus?), and am definitely curious to play and finesse more.

March is building up and on its way so come back soon.
Miss January? Go back in time here.
